Returns, Refunds and cancellations

We are happy to cancel any order for any reason, simply contact us as soon as possible. 

 

You, the customer, have a cooling-off period of 14 working days in which to cancel/return your order. The cooling-off period commences the day after the goods are received by you. However the order can be cancelled anytime straight after the order is placed. 

You must notify Oak View Farm Limited of your intention to cancel the order by writing to: Oak View Farm, Park Lane, Astley, Nr Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 7QB or via email to oakviewfarmastley@gmail.com. Any notification of your request to cancel/return must be received within the cooling off period.

You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods between the time you notify us of your request to return and when they are returned to us. All goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. As our wood is kiln dried they must be stored in a dry location and not get wet. For us to accept a return the log moisture content must remain below 20%. 

 

You will be entitled to a full refund for the goods, however any goods returned to the supplier will be at your own expense.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the notification to cancel being received.

Storage

​

We can guarantee that our kiln dried logs will have an approximate moisture level of 20% or less upon delivery. We recommend storing your logs undercover, avoiding any rain where possible. If left out in the elements the moisture level in the wood will increase, thus minimizing the benefits of the kiln dried system.
